Problem
Local grocery stores wanted to sell online without each building a shop. One platform had to keep every store's catalogue, stock and orders separate, and give an admin a say before a sale went through.
Approach
- A multi-tenant SaaS: each store is a tenant with its own catalogue, pricing and order queue on shared infrastructure.
- A storefront where customers browse a local store and place orders.
- An admin panel where sales are reviewed and authorised before fulfilment.
